Preparation Steps:

1.  Prepare Ingredients:  Gather dandelion root, burdock root, turmeric leaf, ginger root, licorice root, and 100 proof alcohol.

2. Crush Turmeric and Ginger: Gently crush the turmeric leaf and ginger root in a mason jar. This prepares them for the tincture-making process.

3. Add Licorice Root:  Include licorice root in the mixture for additional liver cleansing benefits.

4.Include Dandelion and Burdock:  Incorporate dandelion root and powdered burdock root into the mixture. These ingredients enhance the tincture's potency.

5.Mix Thoroughly:  Shake the jar vigorously to blend all ingredients evenly. This ensures that each dropper contains a balanced combination of herbs.

6. Pour Alcohol: Pour 100 proof alcohol into the jar, covering the crushed herbs completely. The alcohol helps extract the medicinal properties from the herbs.

7.Stir and Remove Air Bubbles:  Stir the mixture to ensure thorough mixing and remove any air bubbles by gently tapping the jar.

8.Cap and Store:  Cap the jar tightly and place it in a dark spot for four to six weeks. Shake the jar daily to facilitate extraction.

9.  Patience for Better Results: Allow the tincture to steep for up to eight weeks for maximum potency. Longer steeping times yield stronger tinctures.

10 .Enjoy the Benefits: After the steeping period, strain the tincture and discard the solids. Your liver cleanser tincture is now ready to use

11. Dose the Tincture: Take four to six droppers of the tincture daily for optimal liver support. Ensure consistency in dosage.

Enjoy the benefits of a healthier liver and overall well-being!
